Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration

Children who will turn 5 on or before December 31, 2012 will be eligible for
kindergarten in the 2012-2013 school year. Parent
registration will be held on March 12 and March 13 from 9:00-12:00, 12:30-2:00
and 5:00-7:00.
Children do not have to be present to register; however, parents must
bring a copy of their child's birth certificate, proof of residence (ie:
electric bill, cable bill, auto insurance or registration, drivers license
cannot be accepted), and a completed Health Assessment Record with the child's
last physical and updated immunizations. A blank health assessment record can
be found at the pediatrician's office, as well as at the Black Rock School main
office, or
Health Forms
During registration, parents will be asked to schedule a screening
appointment for the child. The screening dates will be April 25 and April 26.
Screening appointments will not be given without the above required information.
